The notice
The AllChinaBuy page says an ongoing hacker attack forced an upgrade and maintenance process, apologises, and points to email support. It has said much the same since at least late September. rep.tools grouped it with ACBuy as an owner-confirmed shutdown in August 2026. AllChinaBuy was mostly used by American buyers.
The notice itself gives no date for a return, no information about balances and no news about stored parcels. In practice that leaves AllChinaBuy customers with the support email and, for recent payments, a dispute through their card or PayPal provider. Every week that passes makes both routes harder, so act early.
Rebuilding the links
AllChinaBuy links embed the marketplace and item ID. Extract the ID, rebuild the Taobao or Weidian URL, and paste it into your new agent. Many Yupoo-based sheets also used AllChinaBuy; see our Yupoo spreadsheet guide.
Where your AllChinaBuy rows can go now
Each row in a AllChinaBuy sheet still names a product sold on Taobao, Weidian or 1688. Pull out the item number, rebuild the marketplace link and paste it into the agent you choose. Hipobuy, Kakobuy and Superbuy all accept these links. Check prices again: a sheet that is months old will have some outdated ones.
Keep a backup copy of the original sheet before editing. If something looks wrong after conversion, you can compare with the original row.
Choosing a replacement for AllChinaBuy
Pick by market. German and French buyers have the most choice: Hipobuy, Kakobuy and Oopbuy all draw large audiences there. Spanish buyers lean towards Hipobuy and USFans. If storage time matters, Sugargoo (100 days) and Basetao (120 days) beat the 90-day norm. Read the Hipobuy review for the agent this site centres on, including the Trustpilot warning, and compare it with CSSBuy, USFans, BBDBuy.
Lessons from the AllChinaBuy closure
Every agent shutdown repeats the same pattern: buyers with balances lose the most, buyers with raw marketplace links lose the least. Keep balances low, ship parcels when they are ready, and store the Taobao or Weidian link next to every agent link in your sheet. With those three habits, moving away from any agent, including Hipobuy, takes an afternoon rather than a crisis.
Check our dated status list before acting on shutdown rumours; several in 2026 were false.
Money and parcels still tied to AllChinaBuy
Parcels already handed to a carrier keep moving whatever happens to the agent's website; track them with the carrier's own number. Items paid for but still in the warehouse are the hard case. Write to every support address AllChinaBuy published, attach order numbers and screenshots, and keep a record of each attempt. If the payment was recent and made by card or PayPal, start a dispute before the window closes.
Do not pay anyone who contacts you offering to recover AllChinaBuy funds for a fee; recovery scams follow every agent closure.
Avoiding AllChinaBuy copycats
When an agent closes, look-alike domains and 'relaunch' pages appear, often with a slightly different spelling. Do not log in with your old AllChinaBuy password anywhere, and change that password wherever else you used it. Official news about balances would come from the original domain or the support email on it, not from a social media direct message.
Treat any site that asks you to top up to 'unlock' an old AllChinaBuy balance as a scam.

Which finds to try first with AllChinaBuy
New accounts are best tested with something inexpensive and easy to judge from photos, such as a hoodie or a cap, rather than an expensive watch or a designer-style bag. If the first order goes well, move on to items where QC matters more. Our guide to picking a good spreadsheet explains how to spot rows with reliable sellers, and those rows work on AllChinaBuy as well as on Hipobuy.
