How a creator sheet is built

A creator posts a haul, links a Google Sheet in their bio, and each row opens on the agent they promote with their referral code attached. Nothing is wrong with that, but the sheet's agent choice reflects the creator's deal, not your best option. • Look for customer photos, not just stars.
• Hold the listing's centimetre chart against a piece of clothing that already fits you.
• Check the listing date and the number of recent orders.
• Confirm the shipping method shows tracking to your country.

Reading an older TikTok sheet

Spreadsheets for TikTok are rarely maintained. Open five random rows: if two are dead or repriced, assume the rest are out of date too and use the sheet only as inspiration. Search the item name again to find the current listing, and prefer sellers with recent reviews that include photos.

Write the date you checked next to each row you keep. It makes the sheet useful again.

Sizing and fit on TikTok finds

Most returns in cross-border buying come from sizing. Measure a garment that fits you well, flat on a table, and compare chest width, length and sleeve with the listing's numbers in centimetres. For shoes, measure your foot length in centimetres in the evening. Chinese size labels often run one size smaller than EU labels.

When a listing offers no measurements, ask the seller or skip it.

Choosing a shipping line from TikTok to the EU

Agent lines to Europe fall into three groups. Tax-included lines charge VAT and the €3 per-category duty up front, so nothing is due on the doorstep; they cost a little more per kilogram but avoid surprise bills. Postal lines are cheapest and slowest, often three to five weeks, and may leave VAT to be collected by the local post. Express couriers are fastest, around one to two weeks, and usually charge a clearance fee on top of taxes. For a first TikTok parcel to Germany, France or Spain, a tax-included line is the least stressful choice.

Whatever you pick, compare the volumetric weight: bulky jackets and boxed shoes are charged by size as much as by weight.

Since 1 July 2026 the EU also charges a flat €3 customs duty for each different tariff category in parcels up to €150 sent under IOSS; this basket has 2 categories, so €6. Landed cost: roughly €127.00, before any carrier handling fee.
