The evidence we found

Pingubuy is US-led in our keyword data, roughly 2,900 monthly US searches, with little European demand. Our probe got a response from pingubuy.com but almost no readable content, and the page title was literally the word 'title', a sign of an unfinished front page or a script-only app. Trustpilot shows 3.6, with the latest review we could see dated 2 April 2026.

How to judge a quiet agent

Quiet is not the same as shut. Before paying, log in, place a cheap test item, and see whether the order moves to 'purchased' within a couple of days. If support does not reply within a working day, take that as your answer.

Moving Hipobuy spreadsheet links to Pingubuy

A row in a Hipobuy spreadsheet is a Taobao, Weidian or 1688 listing wrapped in a Hipobuy address. To open it on Pingubuy, take the marketplace part: the Taobao id= number or the Weidian itemID= number. Rebuild the plain marketplace URL, paste it into Pingubuy's search bar, and the same product appears at the same seller price. Shipping, storage and photos then follow Pingubuy's rules rather than Hipobuy's.

Do it in batches of five or ten. Some listings will have sold out since the sheet was made, and it is easier to spot those when you are not converting a hundred rows at once. Our Hipobuy links page shows each link format with an example.

Landed cost of a Pingubuy haul delivered to Belgium

Say you buy a pair of trainers and two T-shirts through Pingubuy for €75 in total and pick a line that quotes €23 for the parcel. Belgium charges 21% import VAT on goods plus transport, about €20.58. Since 1 July 2026 the EU also charges a flat €3 customs duty for each different tariff category in parcels up to €150 sent under IOSS; this basket has 2 categories, so €6. Landed cost: roughly €124.58, before any carrier handling fee.

Pingubuy and Hipobuy compared on the same points

Getting a Pingubuy parcel through EU customs

Every parcel entering the EU pays import VAT from the first euro. Since 1 July 2026, parcels worth up to €150 sent under the IOSS scheme also pay a flat €3 customs duty for each different tariff category inside. Declarations must describe the goods truthfully; under-declaring is illegal and is exactly what customs checks look for. Goods that infringe trademarks can be seized whatever the declared value. A clean parcel is one with accurate contents, sensible weight and a line that handles VAT properly.

What to look at in Pingubuy's QC photos

Check the label and size tag first, because a wrong size is the cheapest problem to fix before shipping. Then look at seams and stitching at stress points, the colour against the listing under neutral light, and any hardware such as zips and buckles. For shoes, ask for both shoes side by side and the soles. If something is off, raise it while the item is still within the return window; once a parcel leaves China, fixing it is rarely practical.
