What people actually search for around Amazon sheets
We built this page from Google autocomplete for 'amazon spreadsheet' in the US, Germany, France and Spain on 10 October 2026, keeping only shopping queries and dropping office-software and bedding results. The country codes show where each suggestion appeared.

What 'Amazon finds' means
Amazon finds lists are usually influencer shortlists of fashion and home items available on Amazon with quick delivery. The searches also include seller-side templates, which are not what our readers need. A shopper's sheet lists the product, the price and why it was picked.
The same item, two prices
Many fashion accessories and basics on Amazon are made by the same factories that sell on Taobao or 1688, marked up for local stock, advertising and returns. Buying through an agent cuts that mark-up but adds shipping time, a parcel to build and customs to pay.
When Amazon wins
Amazon wins for urgent needs, single items, and anything you expect to return. Returns from China through an agent are impractical once the parcel has shipped.
When an agent wins
An agent wins for several items you are confident about, especially clothing and shoes, where QC photos let you check the actual piece before shipping.
Buying on Amazon directly or through Hipobuy
| Point | Amazon | Hipobuy and other agents |
|---|---|---|
| Who ships | The Amazon seller or Amazon itself | The agent, from its warehouse in China |
| Photos before shipping | Only the listing photos | QC photos of your actual item |
| EU VAT | Usually collected at checkout | Charged on the parcel, depending on the line |
| Several items | Often separate parcels | One consolidated parcel |
| Returns | Through Amazon's own process | Only before the parcel leaves China |
The table explains why Amazon spreadsheets and agent spreadsheets coexist. They solve different problems: speed and simplicity on one side, choice and inspection on the other. Many buyers use both, picking per item.
Checking a Amazon listing before you buy
- Look for customer photos, not just stars.
- Hold the listing's centimetre chart against a piece of clothing that already fits you.
- Check the listing date and the number of recent orders.
- Confirm the shipping method shows tracking to your country.
Sheets age quickly. A listing that was good when the sheet was made may have changed seller, price or material since.
Reading an older Amazon sheet
Spreadsheets for Amazon are rarely maintained. Open five random rows: if two are dead or repriced, assume the rest are out of date too and use the sheet only as inspiration. Search the item name again to find the current listing, and prefer sellers with recent reviews that include photos.
Write the date you checked next to each row you keep. It makes the sheet useful again.
Sizing and fit on Amazon finds
Most returns in cross-border buying come from sizing. Measure a garment that fits you well, flat on a table, and compare chest width, length and sleeve with the listing's numbers in centimetres. For shoes, measure your foot length in centimetres in the evening. Chinese size labels often run one size smaller than EU labels.
When a listing offers no measurements, ask the seller or skip it.
Keeping a Amazon parcel affordable
Three habits cut most parcels by a meaningful amount. Remove shoeboxes for all but one pair, since boxes add volume and weight. Group similar items so the €3 EU duty counts fewer tariff categories. Ship once rather than twice, because each parcel pays its own declaration fee and its own duty. Then check whether Amazon's shipping coupon needs a minimum parcel value, and plan the basket around it.
Our calculator shows the effect of each change on the final price.
Spreadsheet categories that suit Amazon
Light, low-risk categories make the best first orders on any agent: T-shirts, caps, belts and jewellery cost little to ship and are easy to check in photos. Shoes and jackets need closer QC and more parcel weight. If you are building a basket, our filtered pages help: jerseys and sportswear, watches and sneakers. Every link there opens on Amazon once you use the marketplace URL.
A worked France example for a Amazon parcel
Say you buy a bag and a wallet through Amazon for €70 in total and pick a line that quotes €33 for the parcel. France charges 20% import VAT on goods plus transport, about €20.60. Since 1 July 2026 the EU also charges a flat €3 customs duty for each different tariff category in parcels up to €150 sent under IOSS; this basket has 2 categories, so €6. Landed cost: roughly €129.60, before any carrier handling fee.
Two things move that number most. Splitting one basket into two parcels can double the category duty, and mixing many item types adds €3 each time. Our EU landed-cost calculator runs the same sum for your own basket, and the France guide covers carriers and delivery times.
Our take on Amazon spreadsheets
Use an Amazon sheet when speed and returns matter. Use a Hipobuy link list when price and choice matter more.
